What is the name of your state? Idaho

I recently sold my business of 20 years. I have dozens of vendors that I have dealt with over the years, many with open accounts and stringent qualifications to do business with them. The new owner is doing business with a lot of them. The vendors don't know it's not me they're dealing with. What can I do to protect my credit and good name against abuse from the new owner?
