What is the name of your state? Pa.

I have some small gumball machines out there and I have them as a sole proprietor. I looked into getting a 1 million dollar liability policy on them. I wanted to know if I just kept my business as a sole proprietor with 1 million in liability coverage if that would be enough protection or if my money is better spent on forming a corporation?
