Question, Husband kicked off Business 2 yrs ago. I ( wife )
helped out with the business. I had given up my job to
work with him also. I know I should be intitled to half of the
Business, being I also handled all bookkeeping,billing,
calling of (contact's and Customers). Here is the problem,
we are filing for a Seperation. He has cut me off from everything
with the Business. Has left me with nothing ( Money, account
assest ). By Law is he able to do this. Now my Children and
I are left out in the cold. I am now looking for a Job that was
good pay 2 1/2 yrs ago and have to start back over.
What is and are my rights too this???? So her is the wife,
stuck with the house,bills, and etc. with no income and
no way to be able to provide for her 3 kids. Yes I am
filing for abandonment too. But I need to know where
my children and I stand on this too. My name is not on
the Business, just his. But never thought something like
this would happen.
