If a company deliberately violated ftc laws by denying credit to people with a uniform method of doing so, and never sent these same people (over 200 hundred) their notices of being denied and their right to obtain a free credit report. what are the fines, realistically to this company? Also this company reports to the credit bureau for deliquency but fails to update when people pay off their accounts?

We are not Federal regulators and the Feds handle each indivdual complaint or class action complaint on a case by case basis. Thus you would be better served by contacting the FTC www.ftc.gov and the respective government agencies that enforce the provisions of the Fair Credit and Reporting Act.

Trevor, same answer now as when you asked this question a few weeks ago.

Go to the FTC site (http://www.ftc.gov) and read the FDCPA.
