I am wanting to start my own business selling designer inspired purses. Are these purses legal to sell? There are many web sites that sell these purses and have a disclaimer on their site letting the consumer know that they are not infringing on the copyright of the designers and that they are inspired designs. These handbags also do not have a designer name on them. I am wanting to know what is legal to sell and what is not.
