Starting a Dental Practice

What is the name of your state? California

My husband is planning to start his own dental practice. What type of business structure is recommended? Sole proprietorship or C-Corporation? Please advise. Thank you.

There is no "one size fits all" answer to your question. Is he going to be working alone, or will he have employees? Will he have other dentists working for him? He should sit down and talk with a local business attorney who can review all of the relevant facts and issues here and advise your husband accordingly.
