I am needing some assistance on legal, licensing and taxes on
starting a home based business. I am going to be selling gift
certificates online through the internet there will be some
mail and phone calls. I am the only employee and owner of
the company. Do I need a license for this or need a tax Id
number for this type of business. I have read the questions and did not answer my question for this type of business.
