Hello,
I live in Pennsylvania and am in the process of starting an online business. I plan on selling memberships to my website. What I'd like to do is start an LLC in Alaska because there is no state income or sales tax in Alaska. Would this be legal and could I avoid paying state income and sales tax this way? Thanks for your assistance.
