I am starting a Lingerie/ Modeling store with an escort service and need advice on the laws pertaining to such a business. Are there lawyers that specialize in such catagory. Should I be looking at attorneys that specialize in business adventures or attorneys that specialize in criminal. I need to know how we would protect ourselves from being catagorized prostitution. Although we are not conducting business to encounter any "sexual acitivity" between customer and employee, How can we protect ourselves if the employee chooses to engage in "sexual activity" behavior for fee that would be negotiated between the two of them after they left the place of business. I would appreciate any advice I can get.
