I am planning to start a company while being on a H1 with another company. I wanted to know if its legally possible to do so. The company I am starting has no conflict of interest with the current one I am working with. The company is still in a nascent stage and I don't want to quit my job until it gets somewhere.
Is it safer to start the company in my wifes name who is on a H4.
