What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NC
We currently own a catering company organized as an LLC, doing business as "Our Catering Co". We are planning to open a not-for-profit community kitchen. Do we need to file for a separate LLC and/or EIN? Or can we operate as a "branch" of the existing LLC?

This project is really important to our community and any help is greatly appreciated!
