Starting a web/graphic design business

Virginia

Hi, I'm only 15, but I've been doing under-the-table website designs for almost five years now.

I was wondering, since my order totals from others are increasing like crazy, would it be wise to start a business of my own?

I know I'm underage, but can't I get one of my parents to sign on with me?

What are the advantages and disadvantages of starting a business?

And most importantly... what do I need to do?

I don't know much about the laws surrounding this, and surprisingly, it's even hard to search for online. Even if you could link me to a good webpage full of information, I'd appreciate it.
