Do you need to have JD or any special license to draft Stock Transfer (Transfer Business Ownership) papers for someone. That is to say, would it be legal for an accountant, for example, to draft a Stock Transfer for a client or are lawyers alone authorized to draft a document of this nature? Thanks!
