I am part of a partnership consisting of myself and 3 others. Recently we had a $2000 piece of equipment shipped to one of our "trusted" partners so he could configure it and send it out. This partner has not contacted us and seems to be ignoring us at all costs. The company is located in MI the guy in question is in GA. The only agreements ever signed between us were NDA's.
