STOP PAYMENT ON CREDIT CARD

I OWN A RETAIL FURNITURE STORE. A CUSTOMER ORDERED $4000.00 WORTH OF FURNITURE AND PAID FOR IT ON HER CREDIT CARD. THE FURNITURE WAS 30 DAYS LATE FROM DAY IT WAS PROMISED. CUSTOMER CALLED HER CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND DID A "CHARGEBACK", ANOTHER WORDS SHE STOPPED PAYMENT. CUSTOMER NEVER NOTIFIED MY BUSINESS. FURNITURE ARRIVES AND FURNITURE IS DELIVERED TO CUSTOMER TWO DAYS AFTER SHE CANCELLED PAYMENT. CUSTOMER ACCEPTS FURNITURE, NEVER TELLS ANYONE SHE STOPPED PAYMENT. DURING THE NEXT THIRTY DAYS CUSTOMERS CALL COMPLAINING OF VARIOUS DEFECTS. WE GO OUT INSPECT FURNITURE AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO CORRECT CUSTOMER CONCERNS. CUSTOMER STILL HAS NOT NOTIFIED MY BUSINESS OF CANCELLED PAYMENT. 30 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT WAS STOPPED, I RECEIVE A NOTICE FROM MY BANK NOTIFYING ME OF THE STOPPED PAYMENT. AT THIS TIME CUSTOMER HAS $4000.00 OF FURNITURE WITHOUT PAYING. I TOLD HER THIS IS A FORM OF THEFT AND I HAVE STOPPED CONTACT WITH HER AND REQUESTED MY BANK TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT. IS THIS A FORM OF THEFT AND DO I HAVE ANY LEGAL REMEDIES AGAINST HER?? I DO NOT WANT THE FURNITURE BACK, IT IS CUSTOM FURNITURE AND I HAVE LITTLE USE FOR IT. THANK YOU STEVE
