United Airlines stranded me in Chicago (not due to weather) and forced me to pay for my own hotel and additional parking fees. Can I recover these in small claims court? I am also asking them to reimbures me my 25,000 miles for the trip from hell. Can a Judge order them tpo replace them or the financial eqivalent? Do I have to sue in Chicago or can i do it in my hometown since I bought the ticket over the internet?
