Terminate relationship w/customer

What is the name of your state? PA
I am a wholesale distributor and one of my customers has been verbally abusive toward me for the past 4 years and is now spreading damaging rumors about my company. Can I refuse to sell to her and/or terminate my business relationship? I plan to send her a certified letter regarding the termination and the reasons. Am I with in my rights to do so or can she sue me to force me to sell product to her store?

Assuming there's no contract, you can most certainly "fire" your unpleasant customer.
