Terminate relationship w/customerWhat is the name of your state? PA I am a wholesale distributor and one of my customers has been verbally abusive toward me for the past 4 years and is now spreading damaging rumors about my company. Can I refuse to sell to her and/or terminate my business relationship? I plan to send her a certified letter regarding the termination and the reasons. Am I with in my rights to do so or can she sue me to force me to sell product to her store? |
