Hi there,

I am starting a small online business and I have been quoted a higher than expected fee by a solicitor's firm to run over the terms and conditions that we have developed, along with the privacy policy.

Is it possible to base your t+c's on those of an existing company with the same business interest, or is this breaching their copyright? After all, there are only a few ways that you can say the same things, and rewording is basically the same as lifting them.

Thanks for reading.
