Our mortgage comapny has made more than several violations when they forced us into signing a loan modification agreement by threatening forclosure to proceed.
We thought they were simply putting 2 missed payments onto the end of our loan, when infact they completely refinanced without a good faith estimate, a cost disclosure, or right to cancel notice. We need a real good attorney, but what field of practice, in California, fast!!!!
