What is the name of your state? INC in DE work in MO

I just started a s-corp and i would like to transfer my car to the corporation for use as a business car. can i transfer this asset to the company without having to pay sales tax again?

What type of lawyer\accountant will i need to consult for this? can i just fill out a form and do it myself?

Contact the licensing bureaucrats in your state for the exact way to do that.

If you declare it as a gift, there will probably be no sales tax.

You need a tax CPA to keep you out of trouble.
