I want to close my corporation in CA and transfer all assets to my new corporation in NV
This is a small corp. So the value is $20K
Do I just close this CA corp, take the $20K and put it in the new NV corp?
Will CA charge me taxes? (you normally pay 35% personal tax on the corp value if you disolve a CA corp and you take the $$$)
