Travel company

A friend and I are starting a travel company to send students on internships in media and teaching English in china.
Our website is near completion, and everything is in place, the only thing stopping us starting this is the legal issues.
We are living in the UK, but have absolutely no legal knowledge at all and if someone could give me an idiots guide to getting started or just point me in the right directions we would be very grateful.
