I posted about the vacuum cleaner company however I forgot to say that I still have the vacuum that they were trying to seel me also. They have the one I gave them on trade in and I have the orginal one that I was going to buy. I haven't returned it because they haven't sen tme the trade in of the value of it. Is there grounds for them to try to sue me or are they out of luck. I have fulfilled the contract however they are in breach it contract. Thanks for any advice...
