Hi,

I wanted to start a popcorn vending machine business and place the machines at my local schools. I was wondering if I were to make a contract with the schools, what infomation should be on it?

And would I need some type of liability insurance? what is the exact name of this type of insurace and do you know of any possible companies that offer such insurance services?
