Are you saying you want to print recipes that were created by other people, and perhaps not use their names/give them credit in the cookbook or get their written permission to print their recipes?

yes i would like to put there names in the book. I'm a chef at a college and am interested in creating a book on there recipes(along with my own). If i say that they all gave them off there own free will in the front of the book is that enough?? Or just have them sign a release?
