What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Alabama. I currently own a restaurant and want to sell my salsa in a container for home use. The recipe is my own and has not been copied from anyone. I have seen other Mexican restaurants sell their products in containers. Is there anything that I should consider before purchasing the glass containers and selling them?
