Hello, I am about to set up an adult website but wanted to incorporate it in the country of Holland. How is that done, (please note that all content is legal and contains 2257 information). Can we set incorporate in Holland from the US? If so, how can we do that.

Thanks

Do you want to do this to avoid legal problems? or to avoid taxes?

If you want to avoid US taxes, you won't be able to. US citizens are taxed on their worldwide income.

If you want to avoid legal problems from US law enforcers, then it's not worth it if all content is "legal" as you say. However, if the content might be illegal from the US point of view, you're skirting the law. I'd enlist the help of a good criminal attorney and have him on your side first before going abroad. Then, talk to some people in Holland on how to incorporate there, or enlist the help of some offshore incorporating companies, but then you're on gray territory and it can get very complicated because Dutch laws and US laws might not match.

While you may be free to incorporate in the Netherlands, that is the proper name for Holland, your site members will still have difficulty importing the items from the sex shops and coffee houses;)
