Im starting a Mystery Shopping business in Boise, Idaho. It will be a sole propiritorship. What do I need to, file, or get info on to get this thing going? I am going to eventually offer Video Shopping. So, I will have a hidden camera on my person that I will use to record the shopping experience

I need to specifically know the following:
1) Will I need a PI's licencse
