What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
I am assuming there is some sort of central source you can request corporate information from. Specifically, I am attempting to show that a corporation no longer exists. Ideally, I want some kind of letter or short note from an official source saying "There is no legal entity with the name BLAHBLAHBLAH registered in Florida." Would that be possible?
