I was recently told that if I incorporate my business (currently sole proprietor / construction business) and register it in Delaware (we are based in Boston, MA) that I could get a much better deal on workmans comp & general liability insurance rates. Would my workers be covered when working in MA if we get our insurance out of Delaware? Is this true? Currently my insurance rates are almost $50,000 a year for two employees. It's going to put us out of business. Any ideas will be more than helpful!!! Thanks.
