State of Michigan - I'm a startup and want to bring an employee into the company who, (depending on performance) I would like to offer up equity in the Corporation. He has already been "helping" out for free but it's almost time to hire him on and reward him once the business is able to. He understands that I cannot pay him at the moment but once the business is making money then he will be compensated.
Looking for a good legal agreement for compensation and reward in the form of equity once the business gets on its feet. Good solid employment agreement too if you anyone has one. Thank-you!
