Looking to form WY corporation from out-of-state. Have all necessary state forms. Need to find sample Articles of Incorporation based on WY statutes to use when filing. (Will retain attorney to go over after incorporation, when I'll have more $$)

Mancuso's Nolo Press CA book is excellent, and has CA Articles--but I can't use those. According to Books In Print, there ARE no books on incorporating in WY.

Any idea where I can find such Articles gratis or nearly so?

Thanks in advance.
