1098-T: should I report?

Briefly: I work full-time for a university. I am also a part-time non-degree student there. I receive tuition
remission from the university, so I go to school for free.
I received a 1098-T today that reads:
line 1 (payments received for qualified tuition and related expenses): blank
line 2 (amounts billed for qualified tuition and related expenses): $1255.80
line 5 (schholarships or grants): $1255.80

All other boxes are blank. Box 8 (check if at least half-time student) is unchecked. box 9 (check if gradaute student) is checked.

I am not looking for any Hope or other tax deductions because I did not actually pay anything. My questions are:
I. Do I have to report this $1255.80?
II. Is it tax-exempt?
III. How do I report it (what forms)?

My Google searches returned no info or were very confusing, so I apprciate any help you can give me.

Thank you,

JS

No, you do not need to report the 1255.80.
