What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
I Foreclosed on my principal residence in November 2009, Filled Bankruptcy at the same time, the home was sold by the Lender in 2010. Box #2 $251,100, Box #4 $212,925, Box #5 Was borrower personally liable for repayment of the debt (Checked N0). Will I be taxed for difference ???

No, you will not receive (or should not receive) a 1099C because you are not personally liable for the debt.
