$2300 made my my INC for 2004 did i need to file?Florida... Hi all, i had my own corporation last year and made a grand wopping total of about 2300 on the 10-99 my client sent me.. I havent filed anything for 04, yes i know im a slacker.. is there anything that needs to be filed? i know if u make under a certain amount that you dont need to file, i know im under that amount but does that still apply since i was incorporated? if i needed to file, did i just need to file as a business or as a business and an individual.. thanks in advance Rob Last edited by a747ba; 08-15-2005 at 04:18 PM. | If you are a sole proprietorship, yes, you need to file, especially if you have a 1099. You will need to either show that you had a loss, or pay self employment on your income. If you are an employee of a corporation, you shouldn't have a 1099 from it, you should have a K-1, and you would have to file in that case also. Snipes
