I left a job on Nov 2, 2004 but had a pension loan at the time of my termination with a balance of $19,900. In my haste, I did not realize the tax implications. Is it too late to change my mind on the disbursement or can I make an offsetting contribution as I have the cash available to do so? The swing in my taxes at my income level is from an $8K refund to a $2K tax due.
