What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri

I have been babysitting since June and need to know how to go about claiming my income from it. Is this supposed to be claimed on line 7 of form 1040? If not, what forms do I need to use?

You will need a Schedule C and Schedule SE. You probably can use the C-EZ instead of the regular Schedule C.
