I currently owe the IRS a rather large sum of money.

Does anyone know if my ability to travel or move outside is impacted by this? Let's say I go to apply for a visa (permanent or temp), will the US halt any travel or move based upon this debt?

Anyone have any history with moving internationally and how that is affected by owing back taxes?

Thank you for advice and help,

Unless they have suspended your passport, and they notify you if they do that, then owing back taxes has no impact on international travel.
