Bankrupt

What is the name of your state? TN
I've been paying into a chapter 13 for 3 years. I filed a 13 so that I may keep my automobile. I want to convert to a 7. The car is going to be 7 years old, and is not worth me continuing to pay for an additional 2 years. If I file a 7, will they take my 401k and my personal checking/savings money?
