Bankruptcy on the IRS

I included the IRS in my chapter 13 bankruptcy my plan discharged last October. My plan provided for part of my back taxes to be included as a priority claim and the remainder to be discharged once the plan was completed because of the age of the taxes. Now the IRS is holding my refund saying that I owe the same back taxes that were discharged in my bankruptcy. The paralegal at my attorney's office reaffirmed that all back taxes that were not paid were discharged under my bkrptcy plan.
