Box 14 in w-2

What is the name of your state? My State is California and in myw-2 in box 14 I have two different amounts,
one is for CA SDI
and the other one for UNION and so, the second one I would like to know how to record it in my tax return.

What is the name of your state? TN

If the amount in box 14 is for union dues, you can put that on schedule A if you are itemizing. That amount would be listed in unreimbursed employee expenses which will be subject to 2 percent of agi.
