Buying foreclosures with a Federal IRS Tax LiensWhat is the name of your state? Ohio I believe the IRS has 120 days after a Sheriff sale to exercise their Right of Redemption. My question is what happens to the lien after that time period? Does the lien remain for ever or does it expire because of the Sheriff Sale? |
