CA - Is Workmans Comp Taxable Income

I have been on and off California Workman's compensation for 2002.
Is this revenue taxable federal or state?
Should it be included as income?

Thanks for any info!!

State-paid worker's comp is not taxable. Disability pay from a 3rd party insurer is generally considered W-2 wages.
