CA - Is Workmans Comp Taxable IncomeI have been on and off California Workman's compensation for 2002. Is this revenue taxable federal or state? Should it be included as income? Thanks for any info!! |

| State-paid worker's comp is not taxable. Disability pay from a 3rd party insurer is generally considered W-2 wages.
