What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

I opened an LLC in November 2010. There has been no financial activity in the company in that year. I did open a bank account for this LLC in November 2010; however, there has been no financial activity in the bank account for that year either. Do I have to file taxes for this LLC for the year 2010?

A California 568 needs to be filed but no federal form.
