Question

Can I claim my brother as a dependent

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? Michigan

I am 24 years old. I have a younger brother who is 22 and lives with me. He does not have a job or go to school. Can I claim him as a dependent on my taxes? Can I file as head of household?
