What is the name of your state? Nevada

I currently owe back taxes, and I do have a tax lien on my credit report. Is it possible to file bankruptcy, and if so what type? Or is there a way I can I can eliminate my tax lien all together?

I just want to clear my name and clean up my credit file. I owe about $25,000 in back taxes, all that is back penalty charges. I am currently unemployed and I do need to know how to settle this. Or is there a way I can get that amount reduced and just pay a settlement amount?

Thank you,
