Can local school taxes be included in a CH. 7 bankruptcy? Are there statute of limitations on local tax collection efforts? What if you never filed them?

Sure, you can include school taxes in your BK. They won't be discharged, but you can add it to your schedule. Remember, there are two constants in life - - death and taxes.
