My wife & I have ownership & use of a property in CA for 22 months. I am an engineer by profession but also a scuba instructor as a part time hobby. I wish to resign my position and continue with my Instructing on more of a full time basis primarily for handicap students and vacation students in Hawaii. I will work as a self emplyed person. Does my situation come within unforseen circumstances as I will be selling the residence?
