What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Ohio
I received a letter from the Central Collection Agency, Division Of Taxation in Cleveland, Oh. stating that they "do not have record of an Individual Annual Municipal tax return being filed with this agency" for tax year 2003.What is this letter and what do I need to do, if anything? Who is required to file individual annual municipal tax returns. I have never filed one before. I vaguely remember receiving a similar letter years ago and I believe I was told to ignore it, as I was not required to file this return. What do I need to do here? Post response or reply to [email protected]
Thanks in advance, Doug
