charging taxes on labor?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas If a company, (janitorial/cleaning) uses subcontractors to perform the work then invoices the customer, are they supposed to charge additional sales tax on the labor? Even though they are not doing any labor and the subcontractor invoices had labor included. |
